At Pinni Wala, we prepare every order with care using fresh and organic ingredients. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy:

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

Refunds/Replacement:

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
    • You receive a wrong item.
    •   The product is damaged during transit.
    •   The quality of the product is found to be compromised.
  • Issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery, along with pictures of the product.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Note:

  • As laddus are perishable, refunds will not be issued for reasons like personal taste preference or delayed reporting beyond 24 hours.
